Thad Matta does his best ‘Heisman Guy’ impression during Marc Loving’s interview

In case you somehow missed it, we had our first meme of 2016 on New Year’s Day, when a Stanford fan appeared behind Christian McCaffrey after his stellar Rose Bowl performance, continually yelling “Heisman!” among other things during his interview.

So Ohio State head basketball coach Thad Matta, and apparent meme enthusiast, decided that one of his star players, Marc Loving, was going to get the same treatment:

Matta and the Buckeyes have been on a roll recently. They are currently in the middle of a six-game winning streak, that includes a huge win over Kentucky in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center, along with Big Ten wins over Minnesota, and most recently Illinois.

It isn’t quite as impressive as Urban Meyer dabbing or running off on the plug twice, but Matta clearly stays current, and made the most of his opportunity when he could.

It’s also much easier to have fun when you’re winning.
