You don’t have to be a hockey fan to enjoy this call by a Spanish broadcaster.
In calling the Florida Panthers vs. Minnesota Wild game, he brings a little bit of a soccer flavor to his call of Jaromir Jagr’s goal to give the Panthers a 1-0 lead in the first period:
The long holding of “goal!” along with the elegant rolling of his r’s makes for some great broadcasting. You don’t have to be able to understand the language to enjoy and appreciate the enthusiasm in that call.
The goal was Jagr’s 734th career goal, and while the goal was nice, the call made it even more spectacular to see. We’re always fans of some Spanish play-by-play.
