If you’ve been watching FS1’s MLB Postseason coverage, you’ll have noticed the daily bow ties Pete Rose has been adorning while part of the studio crew. And also part of the bow tie crew is Fox MLB insider Ken Rosenthal who has been wearing one since 2011.
Well, Rose and Rosenthal were on the same FS1 postgame desk in Chicago on Saturday following the Cubs win over the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 1 of the National League Championship Series. They were going over the game when things got silly and a picture was shown of Rosenthal standing with Shaquille O’Neal at this year’s Sports Emmy Awarsds in New York.
It then led to fellow bow tie wearer Rose making a joke about the diminutive Rosenthal and hilarity ensued:
.@Ken_Rosenthal is an Emmy award winner… @PeteRose_14 thinks he should have a different job. #NLCS #postseason https://t.co/SUgMqggUa7
