Michelle Beadle is well known for not only being great on-air, but also on Twitter. The ESPN personality isn’t afraid to call out her colleagues or express her opinions on various issues. On Halloween, she used Twitter for a very different reason.
During the course of her career, Beadle, 41, has never been a play-by-play broadcaster. Beadle has been a sideline reporter, feature reporter, host, anchor, and much more.
Despite never being a play-by-play broadcaster, Beadle did some play-by-play on Twitter of her Halloween night.
First, she showed off her great Coach Harbaugh costume on her ESPN show, SportsNation.
I'm a man who knows what I like. And I like milk with my steak. Happy Halloween, nerds. pic.twitter.com/gbk7YZygsz

Beadle, who mentions in the first line of her Twitter bio that she likes dogs, then decided to dress her dogs up.
This was taken 5 minutes before the pugs turned on each other. It's been a violent afternoon. #OnceAYearWeRipThemOfAnyPride pic.twitter.com/4wm1Yjg8O6

From there, Beadle showed off all the candy she was planning on giving out to local trick-or-treaters.
I've got 300 lbs of candy, a Halloween tuxedo and lots of time. Let's. Do. This. Kiddos. pic.twitter.com/ZnAJxABQtS

300 pounds of candy is a ton. Was she planning on giving each kid half a pound?
I mean look how much candy that is!?
Moved into a new neighborhood. Was told Halloween was a big deal here. I will NOT LOSE this battle. #CavitiesAreIn pic.twitter.com/rKienUVD6E

In an incredible turn of events, it turns out the 300 pounds of candy wasn’t enough.
The neighborhood just wiped us out. We had to put up a sign. I'm ashamed. It was like a scene out of Walking Dead. They. Just. Kept. Coming. pic.twitter.com/6bF9E3eLWo

Since she had no candy left, Beadle tried a new tactic: bananas and Spurs memorabilia.
I offered bananas and Spurs memorabilia. Crickets. https://t.co/eR3yUn4xe4

It’s safe to assume Beadle won’t lose the battle next year. But we’ll have to wait and see if any amount of candy is sufficient to repel the trick-or-treating dead.
