Los Angeles Dodgers radio play by play broadcaster Charley Steiner is a legend in the industry, but his call of the final out of Saturday’s Dodgers-Blue Jays game at Rogers Centre was a complete and utter mess.

The only thing he got right was the batter.

Troy Tulowitzki lined out to left fielder Kiké Hernandez to end the game. Simple, right? Well, here’s how Steiner called it.

First, it was off the base of the wall.

Then, it was caught.

Next, it was caught be center fielder Joc Pederson.

Finally, he got things right, affirming it was a catch by Hernandez to end the game.

Nice effort, Charley.
