When it comes to golf analysts, you definitely don’t think of stirring up controversy or moments of tension on telecasts. Brandel Chamblee bucks that trend just a bit. Even most casual observers remember his feud with Tiger Woods that provoked threats of a lawsuit. Chamblee has always been outspoken and never afraid to say what he really thinks, apparently not just to current professional golfers, but to co-workers.
Just have a listen at this awkward exchange with on-course reporter Peter Kostis. Chamblee really, really, really, realllllly wants to know why players misread putts and sounded a bit agitated when Kostis wasn’t giving him the information he wanted.

The best part of the clip is the announcer ignoring the obvious tension and moving on to the next hole like nothing happened.
