Sometimes you can only measure the true impact someone has in a certain industry when their presence is suddenly not to be found. Such is the case with SportsCenter anchor Stuart Scott. After Scott’s passing this weekend after a heroic battle with cancer, the tributes have been flooding in from across the sports world and beyond. While several of Scott’s colleagues paid tribute in the immediate aftermath of the breaking news, nearly every corner of sports has paid tribute in some way to his transcendent personality.
On this morning’s Dan Patrick Show, the former ESPN anchor spent the opening segment of his radio program paying respects and sharing memories of Scott.

It's your world, kid. The rest of us just payin' rent.
