I’m not sure what happened in Harold Reynolds’ mind when he went from “Laser beam foul ball into the stands” to “Canadians can’t catch baseballs because it’s cold, or something.” Alas, here we are during Game 3 of the Rangers-Blue Jays series.
People from Canada, even those who work for Fox, were a little bemused. And Reynolds’ Wikipedia page was even changed to reflect the fact that he was going to try to teach Canada how to catch baseballs.

I'm not a pro baseball player, but I played catch growing up. #canadians

Former big leaguer and current Canadian Larry Walker had the best response:
I won 7 gold gloves. I think part of winning them was cause I could catch.
I’ll still take him over McCarver.
UPDATE: Scratch that about Larry Walker, Jay & Dan’s response wins.
