On Tuesday, Jets quarterback Geno Smith was sucker punched in the locker room by teammate IK Enemkpali. The hot takes immediately began to roll in, and Cris Carter provided one of the hottest takes imaginable on SportsCenter – it was Smith’s fault for putting himself in a position where he could get sucker punched.

The takes…they’re piping!
Victim blaming is nothing new, but this puts a new spin on it – Smith got sucker punched because he’s not enough of a leader? That seems to be *just* a bit of a stretch to me.
