Byes: Carolina, Pittsburgh

1. Green Bay (Milwaukee market) (Fox) – 44.2

The Packers are #1 again, though Milwaukee had their lowest rating since Week 7 for the game against the Vikings.

2. New Orleans (ESPN) – 43.6

The Saints bounce back a bit after three straight weeks of ratings dips.

3. Denver (CBS) – 43.1
4. Seattle (Fox) – 40.5
5. Buffalo (CBS) – 37.8

The rescheduled, neutral site Monday night game drew the lowest rating for the Bills since Week 7.

6. Minnesota (Minneapolis-St. Paul market) (Fox) – 35.7

A meeting with the arch rival Packers drew the highest ratings in the Twin Cities since Week 4.

As the Bengals hang on in a tough AFC North, their ratings for a game against the Texans draw the highest numbers in the market since Week 5.

13. Kansas City (NFL Net) – 32.2

Combining NFL Network and local affiliate ratings, Kansas City’s Thursday night tilt against the Raiders drew the team’s second lowest ratings of the season, behind only Week 1.

14. Philadelphia (CBS) – 30.1

The Bears are still kind of hanging in the NFC playoff race, so Chicago appears to be tuning back in. Their win over the Bucs drew the team’s highest rating since Week 6.

17. Arizona (Phoenix market) (Fox) – 28.2
18. Washington (CBS) – 26.2
19. Houston (CBS) – 25.6
20. Detroit (Fox) – 25.1
21. San Francisco (SF-OAK-SJ market) (CBS) – 24.1

The 49ers late game against Washington drew the team’s highest rating this season for a non-primetime game, and highest ratings since Week 7.

22. Atlanta (CBS) – 22.6

A wild game against the Browns and the still minor playoff hopes of the Falcons led to their highest ratings since Week 4.

23. Miami (CBS) – 21.9

Peyton Manning remains the biggest draw in football. Miami drew its highest ratings of the season by a decent margin (previous high: 19.0 rating in Week 10) for their late game against the Broncos.

24. Tennessee (Nashville market) (CBS) – 20.7
25. Jacksonville (CBS) – 20.3
26. St. Louis (Fox) – 20.0
27. Tampa Bay (Fox) – 18.5
28. Oakland (NFL Net) – 15.0

The Raiders didn’t finish in last! A Thursday night matchup against the Chiefs draws the highest ratings of the season for the silver and black.

29. NY Giants (NBC) – 14.6
30. NY Jets (CBS) – 7.4

A blowout and the rescheduled Monday night game led to, by far, the lowest Jets ratings of the season.
