All throughout the NFL playoffs, you couldn’t walk ten feet in any direction without someone screaming “OMAHA” at you, a la Peyton Manning’s signature play call. Well, Manning was on Letterman Monday night and expressed his displeasure that TV microphones were picking up his calls. But like all good QBs, he addressed the problem head on with a viable solution:

The funny thing is, if ANYONE could get away with bad mouthing Goodell on the field, it’s Peyton Manning. He’s absolutely right that they’d lock down the mics, and then he’d only have to solve the problem of Bill Belichick being able to pick up play calls regardless.
