Regional Window (CBS)

1. New Orleans (CIN vs. NO) – 39.0/59
2. Cleveland (HOU vs. CLE) – 36.7/61
3. Denver (DEN vs. STL) – 36.5/64
4. Minneapolis-St. Paul (MIN vs. CHI) – 31.3/61
5. Cincinnati (CIN vs. NO) – 28.5/48
6. Houston (HOU vs. CLE) – 28.4/51
7. San Diego (OAK vs. SD) – 28.3/61
8. Chicago (MIN vs. CHI) – 27.6/53

10. St. Louis (DEN vs. STL) – 21.1/38
t39. Bay Area (OAK vs. SD) – 7.2/18

CBS had its highest rated single header window of the season, drawing an 11.7, up 12 percent from last year’s window. That was the network’s highest rated single header since Week 14 of last season. Having big NFC markets helps.

Denver, with an 11 a.m. local start and not great game, drew its lowest local rating of the season.

Blackouts: St. Louis, New Orleans, Chicago, Cleveland

1. Kansas City (SEA vs. KC) – 39.2/66
2. Seattle (SEA vs. KC) – 38.9/73
3. Sacramento (SF vs. NYG) – 23.0/46
4. Charlotte (ATL vs. CAR) – 22.0/41
5. Washington (TB vs. WSH) – 21.8/44
6. Bay Area (SF vs. NYG) – 21.2/52
7. Tampa Bay (TB vs. WSH) – 19.4/37
8. Philadelphia (SF vs. NYG) – 18.6/31
9. Atlanta (ATL vs. CAR) – 18.5/34
10. Portland (SEA vs. KC) – 16.4/39
11. New York (SF vs. NYG) – 15.7/33

Fox drew a 10.1 rating in the early window, down three percent from last season’s window.

No highs or lows here, but Atlanta drew their best ratings since Week 6. Despite being two games under .500, Falcons fans are forced to come back to a terrible team that is tied for a division lead. Something similar has happened in Tampa Bay, whose ratings for the win against Washington — which put them at 2-8, two games out of the division lead (!!!!) — was the highest-rated game in the market since Week 4. The NFC South!

Blackout: San Diego

1. Milwaukee (PHI vs. GB) – 51.6/74
2. Philadelphia (PHI vs. GB) – 32.0/48
3. Detroit (DET vs. ARZ) – 29.8/47
4. Phoenix (DET vs. ARZ) – 29.7/55
5. Dallas (PHI vs. GB) – 18.0/30
6. Norfolk (PHI vs. GB) – 18.0/27
7. Las Vegas (PHI vs. GB) – 17.4/29
8. Kansas City (PHI vs. GB) – 17.3/28
9. Providence (PHI vs. GB) – 16.9/26
10. Richmond (PHI vs. GB) – 16.5/26

The “America’s Game of the Week” window drew a 17.1 rating, highest of the weekend and up two percent from last year’s window, which led with 49ers-Saints. Probably helped that most of America got taken to the backup game, Lions-Cardinals, by the end of the third quarter of a blowout Packers-Eagles game.

Milwaukee has topped New Orleans to bring you the season high local rating in all of the NFL with that massive 51.6. Detroit drew its highest rating since Week 1.

Sunday Night Football (NBC)

1. Boston – 40.2/57
2. Indianapolis – 37.1/54
3. Providence – 32.0/44
4. Las Vegas – 19.2/29
5. San Diego – 17.1/30
6. Baltimore – 16.7/24
7. New Orleans – 16.4/23
8. West Palm Beach – 15.8/25
9. Sacramento – 15.7/24
10. Norfolk – 15.7/23

A solid 13.6 rating for Pats-Colts, but a second half blowout (again!) kept it from coming anywhere close to last year’s Chiefs-Broncos game. New England’s easy win over Indianapolis drew a 13.6 rating, down 18% from Kansas City-Denver in 2013.

In Boston, NBC drew its second-highest SNF rating ever, behind only a game against the Packers in 2010.
