It may be far down the list of concerns at the moment, but Darren Sharper’s media career is officially over. After being indefinitely suspended by NFL Network, the league outfit has confirmed to several outlets that the former All-Pro safety has officially been sacked.

Sharper was last seen turning himself into Los Angeles police after a warrant was issued for his arrest in relation to a rape investigation in New Orleans. That’s in addition to the several felonies facing him in California. In total, Sharper has been linked to 8 rape cases in 5 states.
The only question for NFL Network at this point is what took so long?
