Local newscasts make mistakes so often these days that it’s not surprising, but in this case, the error is so egregious that the video has gone viral.
KMSP (Fox 9) in Minneapolis was doing a story about Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice apologizing to the media on Thursday. However, instead of airing the video of Rice, we got a guy in a Spiderman costume locked in a fight in an unidentified city. It led to an embarrassed anchor needing to vamp.
Truly one of the great moments in local television mistakes.
