I have no earthly idea why the Tampa Bay Rays are taking time to pay tribute to Allen Iverson having his jersey retired by the Philadelphia 76ers, but I'm thankful that they did. Here's manager Joe Maddon paying his respects to The Answer by doing the only thing that's suitable – a parody of his famous practice rant. Maddon's performance isn't quite going to take him to the set of Saturday Night Live, but it's an endearing effort.
