We at Awful Announcing always enjoy stories of reporters who show a little spunk and attitude towards viewers who complain or in extreme cases, photobomb them from behind.
Such is the case with Iowa TV reporter Addie Olson of WOI-TV. While she was reporting on the Des Moines Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, Addie found herself repeatedly targeted by cyclists who photobombed her attempts to tape her standups from the side of the road.
So fed up with the bombers who would not stop posing or shouting as she attempted to do her standups, Addie took to her Instagram account to publicly shame them.
Then a cycling troll went on Twitter to attack Olson, but she had the last laugh by again publicly shaming him on her Instagram account.
So if you’re going to troll or photobomb Addie Olson, remember that she’ll post your pic or tweet on social media.
