During Thursday night's edition of Inside the NBA, the crew was celebrating Chris Webber's birthday, which is today. Ernie Johnson got ahold of a confetti gun and accidentally shot it off at Shaquille O'Neal, scaring the guts out of his large fellow panelist. Imagine if the gun was loaded with something a little more damaging than confetti – Shaq could have lost an eye. How would have the world coped?!
