We’ve covered Dick Vitale live tweeting concerts before – earlier this year, he documented his trips to both Billy Joel and Barry Manilow concerts. On Wednesday night, Vitale did it again, live tweeting his experience at the Elton John concert at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The experience crossed the high bar that was set by his first two concerts.

Calling Elton John a PTPer? Oh dear. Here’s hoping there’s not a diaper dandy reference later on.

One thing I’ve noticed exploring his tweets from Wednesday night – the picture quality is all across the board. Some are solid, some are terrible. Some are zoomed, some aren’t zoomed at all. There’s really no rhyme or reason for any of it.

I also like how he tags random people in some of the tweets – like the account for Olbermann, as opposed to Keith Olbermann himself.
After the show, Dickie V made plans with fans for brunch.
@TappanJenn Wish we could have met – Will have brunch at about 11:30 Thursday at the WYNN – CAFE sitting by the pool

And he also impressed his cab driver.

Any guesses as to who Vitale’s next concert will be? I’d put money on it being Springsteen.
