Here is what may be the best GIF in cable news history. Watch anchor Wolf Blitzer suddenly appear in this debate between SE Cupp and Stephanie Cutter. It's like he's the disembodied leader of the Legion of Doom or something. CNN would be in much better shape as a network if Wolf Blitzer used his powers of the dark side to stop every tiresome debate segment more often.
