Stuart Scott is all too familiar with cancer. The ESPN personality began his battle with cancer back in 2007 when he underwent preventative chemotherapy as a precaution after cancerous cells were believed to have been found around his appendix. Things mostly settled down for a few years until Scott's doctors removed cancerous cells in 2011, again requiring the anchor to go through chemotherapy.
Unfortunately, Scott Tweeted on Monday night that his battle with cancer is continuing and that he'll need chemotherapy every two weeks. In typical Stuart Scott fashion, he thanked all of his supporters for their prayers and confirmed he'll still work while battling cancer for a third time.
Blessed by prayers..I'm back in the Fight. C reared its head again. Chemo evry 2 wks but I'll still work, still work out..still #LIVESTRONG— Stuart Scott (@StuartScott) January 15, 2013

Certainly we all wish Scott the best as he takes up this battle once again.
