A scary sight at Sunday's German Grand Prix as Red Bull's Mark Webber had trouble in the pits and a loose tire rolled down pit lane striking a cameraman. It happened after Webber's first stop when the team had trouble with the right rear tire change. Webber left too early and the wheel came off, rolling down pit lane and into the back of an unsuspecting cameraman filming Webber's exit.
According to Sky Sports, the cameraman Paul Allen suffered a broken collarbone and broken ribs due to the incident. He never lost consciousness and was transported to a local hospital. Thankfully Allen didn't suffer worse injuries because this was a frightening incident that shows the dangers of racing aren't restricted to the men and women on track.
