The Big Ten Network is fantastic. I’m able to watch field hockey and University programming all day and night. Another terrific thing about the BTN is their seemingly exclusive advertising deals that inundates us with Rotel/Velveeta commercials, and the newcomer, the extremely patriotic Barbasol. Barbasol knocked it out of the park with this diddy that has managed to be awesomely stuck in my head since its debut. If I’m not actively speaking, chances are high that in my head I’m thinking, “America you’re looking good, handsome, free, and tall…”
Barbasol’s initial commercial seemed to be targeting the Ricky Stanzi demographic of the BTN’s viewers. This new one with BTN analyst Jim Jackson certainly is different, but I think it’s a winner nonetheless.
