I really don’t know what ESPN’s obsession with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays is as of late, but I for one welcome the change. Well, until you get Rays Superfan #1 on the horn to gab about the team.
Wait, that was actually pretty good and actually more insightful than anything Steve Phillips has said in years. Someone switch the man’s coverage over right now. And also, can someone get me a retro Rays jersey like the one that Vina was sporting? That thing is pimp.
Oh and one more thing. Who knew 11 years worth of Rays season tickets was worth $225K? That actually seems like a pretty good deal if you times it out.
