The NFL combine is doing record ratings for NFL Network and clearly one of the reasons why is the rap stylings of analyst Mike Mayock. Wait, what???
Announcing prospective draftees doing training drills and running in straight lines for long hours at a time probably isn’t the most stimulating thing in the world, so you can’t blame Mayock and Rich Eisen for exploring the space in the broadcast booth during combine coverage. Sadly, not everyone was a fan.

We knew he could break down film, we knew he was one of the industry’s top draftniks… but we didn’t know Mayock was a fan of P-Funk. If Rich Eisen running the 40 yard dash has become a combine staple, maybe we could get some measurables on Mayock’s rap skills too.
