Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman had a unique way to protest the $100,000 fine given to teammate Marshawn Lynch for not speaking to the media .

During his weekly press conference on Tuesday, Sherman brought a cardboard cutout of teammate Doug Baldwin to the podium, trashed the NFL, plugged his endorsers, and took no questions from the media. Sherman did all of his talking to the cutout, which was voiced by Baldwin himself (hiding under the podium).

I’m sure there’s going to be some sort of backlash towards Sherman’s antics during this press conference, but I think it was awesome. Everything he said was true, and if the NFL has a problem with getting called out on their hypocrisy, maybe they should do something about fixing that instead of punishing the messenger.
