When Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey tweeted his assessment of Charles Barkley on Tuesday night, you just knew the TNT analyst would have something to say about it.

Sure enough, Barkley unleashed a lengthy rant against Morey and analytics on Inside the NBA:

As ESPN’s Tom Haberstroh pointed out, Charles’ “no good team gives up 118 points” remark is pretty rich, considering Barkley’s own 1993 Phoenix Suns did it 11 times in the regular season and went to the NBA Finals.

Whether or not you agree, you have to hand it to him. He sure knows how to stir the pot.
