If you’re a college athlete that wants to do something completely unrelated to your sport, you might not want to tweet about it…especially if your coach is on Twitter.
Arkansas junior tight end Jeremy Sprinkle found that out the hard way on Sunday when he tweeted about wanting to play some basketball.
Im tryna hoop this week

Coach Bret Bielema wasn’t pleased that Sprinkle would dare want to play basketball (and presumably risk injuring himself in the process).
Players in #SEC who dream of bigger days, leave hoops to hoops players. Eat a bigger brunch and read a book #WoooPig https://t.co/qChpsdIXSk

Moral of the story? Coaches are watching. If you dare have multiple interests, don’t tweet about them or you’ll get told to focus (or something similar).
