  • Each night of NBA-TV’s live post-game coverage after each 2017 NBA Finals game saw gains from last year’s postgames. Game 1’s post game on June 1 drew 176,000 viewers and 109,000 adults 18-49, up 11 percent (in viewers, from 159,000) and up 49 percent (in adults 18-49, from 73,000) versus 2016 NBA Finals Game 1’s post game on June 2, 2016; Game 2’s post game on June 4 drew 255,000 viewers and 141,000 adults 18-49, up 14 percent (in viewers, from 223,000) and up 41 percent (in adults 18-49, from 100,000) versus 2016 NBA Finals Game 2’s post game on June 5, 2016.

  • Adonis Stevenson’s quick two-round victory over Andrzej Fonfara on Showtime Championship Boxing on June 3 posted 553,000 viewers; this ranks as the fourth-most-watched Showtime featured bout in 2017 to-date, behind Broner/Granados from Feb. 18 (779,000 viewers), Joshua/Klitschko from Apr. 29 (659,000 viewers) and Santa Cruz/Frampton from Jan. 28 (587,000 viewers). The Stevenson-Fonfara rematch (553,000 viewers) drew 18 percent less viewers than their original May 24, 2014 bout (672,000 viewers).

  • MLB Network’s live baseball game action (not counting look-in coverage during “MLB Tonight”) for May 29, 31 & June 1-4 averaged 207,000 viewers from the 13 game showcase windows, down 13 percent from the year-ago week (May 30-June 5, 2016: average of 240,000 viewers from 15 windows).

  • Golf Channel’s tournaments coverage from May 29-June 4:

    • PGA Tour: Memorial Tournament (June 1-4 afternoons; Golf Channel only): 562,000 viewers (-24 percent from June 2-5, 2016: 742,000 viewers)
    • LPGA Tour: Shoprite LPGA Classic (June 2-4 afternoons): 221,000 viewers (-9 percent from June 3-5, 2016: 243,000 viewers)
    • European Tour: Nordea Masters (June 1-4 mornings): 63,000 viewers (-36 percent from May 26-29, 2016: 98,000 viewers)
    • NCAA Men’s Golf Championship (May 29-31): 159,000 viewers (-21 percent from May 30-June 1, 2016: 201,000 viewers)
