  • The week’s four NHL Hockey games (Mar. 27-29 and Apr. 2) on NBCSN – led by Blackhawks/Penguins on Mar. 29 – averaged 393,000 viewers and 153,000 adults 18-49 — +4 percent (in viewers) and -22 percent (in adults 18-49) from the four NHL games in the comparable time slots in the year-ago week.
  • NBCSN’s Saturday doubleheader and early Sunday morning coverage English Premier League Soccer matches (Apr. 1-2) averaged 330,000 viewers and 155,000 adults 18-49, -16 percent (in viewers) and -29 percent (in adults 18-49) from the three matches in the comparable time slots in the year-ago weekend. This average does not factor in NBCSN’s top match of the weekend, Manchester City-Arsenal from Apr. 2 10:57 a.m.-1:00 p.m. (631,000 viewers/311,000 adults 18-49); NBCSN did not air a Premier League match in the Sunday late morning slot on Apr. 3, 2016.
  • The 2017 World Figure Skating Championships on NBCSN from Mar. 29-Apr. 2 averaged 133,000 viewers and 23,000 adults 18-49, marking a 13 percent decline in total audience and about even in adults 18-49 from the year-ago Championships. Here are the event viewership breakdowns and its comparisons from 2016:
    • Ladies-Short (Wed. Mar. 29): 67,000 viewers (-4 percent from 2016)

  • Neither of FS1’s Friday Mar. 31 Major League Soccer matches — Toronto FC-Sporting KC (113,000 viewers) and Seattle-Atlanta (224,000 viewers) — reached the audience of FS1 MLS match from the year-ago weekend, Orlando City-Portland from Apr. 3, 2016 (261,000 viewers).
