Fox lost audio for around 15 minutes on its U.S. Open coverage Friday.

Things didn’t go well for Fox at the U.S. Open on Friday

During an interview with Jack Nicklaus on Friday at the U.S. Open, Fox lost audio.


Awkward. That’s no way to treat a golf legend!

Welp, the audio was out on the U.S. Open broadcast for about 15 minutes.

Joe Buck cracked a joke when sound returned:

And it turns out that wasn’t even the most embarrassing moment. Earlier in the day when the broadcast was on FS1, a sexually explicit, highly NSFW conversation was picked up. Fox has since issued a statement saying that they “sincerely apologize” for this. Again, this is NSFW:
