Charles Barkley is maybe the best and most entertaining analyst in sports. But when it comes to the NCAA Tournament, he doesn’t quite have the same punch or knowledge about the players. Just last year he was praising a Kansas player during the tournament who hadn’t played since February!
But we can safely say without a shadow of a doubt that Sir Charles singing the unofficial NCAA Tournament theme of “One Shining Moment” is by far the worst thing ever produced surrounding the big dance.
Turner is using the uhhh… “performance” to promote this year’s tournament and the fact that the Championship Game is on TBS for the first time. Thank goodness American Idol is riding off into the sunset…
Who would have thought Charles Barkley could do something worse than play golf? Yikes. That singing makes Barkley’s golf swing look like Ben Hogan by comparison!
