For decades, James Brown has been one of the most respected and influential people working in the sports media. He has served as an NFL pregame and studio show host, interviewer, play by play man, and so much more. James Brown is so skilled and so highly thought of as a television person, let alone in sports, that he’s even filled in as a substitute host for the CBS Evening News. It’s hard to imagine Chris Berman doing the same.
The musician James Brown was the king of soul. He also died ten years ago.
And yet somehow, at least one television guide has the two mixed up.

I would have thought a picture of former Cleveland Browns running back Jim Brown would have made more sense if there would be some confusion… at least more sense than Zombie James Brown coming back from the dead to host an NFL pregame show.
