Well, KABC was at it again on Saturday. During its 11 p.m. news, sports anchor Ashley Brewer was ready to narrate the postmortem highlights of Game 6 of the National League Championship Series between the Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Dodgers. But unfortunately, other video was shown.
What other video you might ask? Well, it was video of a dance studio and then after a gobsmacked Brewer came back on camera, she tried to call for the NLCS highlights again only to be surprised by tape of a candlelight vigil. Considering how the Dodgers lost in Game 6, a candlelight vigil was very appropriate.

You can tell that Brewer was flabbergasted by the on-air mistakes and her reaction after the candlelight vigil shows that once again that KABC is knee-deep in the errors. It goes to show that sometimes, once a station gets a reputation for making mistakes, it just keeps making them in droves.
