Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs ended in quite the controversy, after Dion Waiters pushed Manu Ginobili before throwing the ball in bounds.

Chris Webber, who was doing color commentary for TNT alongside Marv Albert, was dumbfounded (to say the least) by the no-call. Webber could not have been more adamant with his displeasure for the call, and sounded extremely irritated and even angry. And if you watched the play, it’s hard to blame him.

There are bad calls across all sports all the time, but hardly do you hear the outrage that was expressed by Webber on Monday night. When you consider the implications of the game, and where the referee was standing when the play occurred, it’s hard to not feel the same way Webber did.

The play will certainly be something that will be noted in the league’s two-minute report on Tuesday afternoon, and we can’t wait to hear from Webber again in regard to what happened.
