In its second year, SEC Network has added three new analysts for its college football coverage. All three have SEC ties and had storied careers in both the conference and NFL.

From the official announcement, here are the three men who will be seen during SEC Network’s studio portions of college football games:

  • Chris Doering: Florida Hall of Fame wide receiver with three SEC Championships (1993, 1994, 1995) and seven years in the NFL
  • Jabari Greer: A two-sport athlete at Tennessee, breaking Volunteer records in both football and track & field; played ten years in the NFL and won a Super Bowl with the New Orleans Saints in 2010
  • Clint Stoerner: Arkansas quarterback, played in the NFL for five years for the Dallas Cowboys (4) and Miami Dolphins (1)

All three men will be seen on Saturday afternoons on a rotating basis with returning analysts Booger McFarland and Matt Stinchcomb on halftime and postgame shows on the network. In addition, they’ll appear on SEC Network’s signature daily program, SEC Now.

The addition of Doering, Greer and Stoerner gives SEC Network some home-grown talent. Their familiarity with the SEC and the rivalries will give the network some additional voices on Saturdays.

Not only will the halftime and postgame studio look a little different, SEC Network’s version of College GameDay, SEC Nation will also have a new analyst. Replacing a certain guy named Tebow who is back in the NFL, Greg McElroy will join Joe Tessitore, Paul Finebaum and Kaylee Hartung from different SEC schools prior on Saturday mornings prior to the day’s action.
