In his retirement, former CNN host Larry King is still keeping very active on Twitter.  Of course, Larry King’s Twitter account is different than 99.9% of the social media world.

Back in March, the Washington Post reported that King tweets by leaving voicemails to an associate who then transcribes them to put on the platform.  Hopefully King’s assistant was getting paid overtime last night, because King was firing off tweets left and right about any random thing you could think of, especially sports topics.  But one or the other was just a little bit off with their two cents last night.

Among some of the highlights…

King tried to praise the legendary hockey announcer “Doc Merrick” who must be Doc Emrick’s evil field hockey announcing twin…

He made note of the “parody” in the AL East, apparently there’s a David Ortiz-Alex Rodriguez comedic satire bit that we all missed…

And then there’s important hot sports takes that are too hot for even First Take to handle…

And in case you were wondering, the non-sports tweets were just as mesmerizing…
