After signing on to become the head coach at the University of Michigan, Jim Harbaugh joined Twitter.  Usually coaches on Twitter are about as exciting as watching a commercial-touchback-commercial sequence during a football game.  There’s very little outside coachspeak or promotional tidbits.  But already we can tell Harbaugh is going to be producing something quite extraordinary.

Harbaugh has sent only 11 tweets since being named Michigan head coach and joining the social media platform.  But it’s about quality, not quantity.  All but one have ended in an exclamation point.  He’s even given a shoutout to Pope Francis.  And just today he produced maybe the most inspiring tweet in the history of mankind.

Here’s all the tweets in chronological order…

This is just fantastic.  I want Harbaugh to make announcements when he follows random world leaders and celebrities on Twitter and ends them with a “Go Blue!”  I know Pope Francis is from Argentina, but that doesn’t mean he can’t also be a Michigan Man.

And a great decade! And a great century! And a great millenium! And a great rest-of-the-life-of-the-planet-earth!

Do you think Jim Harbaugh speaks in real life like he’s ending every sentence with an exclamation point!

The Frosted Flakes crossover promotion potential is almost too great to bear.

There’s enough random capital letters there to make you think “Enthusiasm Unknown to Mankind” might become a Harbaugh trademark one day when he and his brother John have an A&E reality show.  Curiously, there’s also no exclamation point, which also makes you think this could be a secret message to the illuminati.
