Nothing tickles our fancies quite like a little ESPN Family Feud action.  Although with the characters involved here, this has an equal chance of being something real or some kind of bizarro-world Halloween prank. (Do Halloween pranks even exist?)

Dan Le Batard was doing his usual “Gleeful Troll” thing on his Twitter page Thursday night and into Friday with the Cavs losing their home opener to the Knicks.  You may remember this summer DLB was suspended by ESPN for trying to rent out a trolling billboard in Akron on behalf of Miami Heat fans.  Le Batard is a Miami guy, so he’s been playing that card throughout the story arc of James’ return to Cleveland.

But in the midst of Le Batard’s normal retweeting of crass threats and wishes for him to get aids was this message.  A shot fired in the direction of Colin Cowherd:

The first rule of Dan Le Batard’s Twitter account is that you never take anything from Dan Le Batard’s Twitter account with 100% seriousness.  But is there actually *gasp!* real feelings behind this?  We haven’t been able to track down the audio as of yet, but it appears Cowherd was putting the squeeze on Le Batard for his ongoing antagonization of Cavs fans on his radio program:

To add to the confusion even more, Cowherd retweeted the Le Batard missile aimed in his direction.

We all know Le Batard loves chaos and anarchy, and a feud between two of ESPN’s top national radio personalities would certainly be that.  But we’re holding our breath for a moment until more develops to see if this isn’t just another WWE-inspired production.
