New Chicago Cubs mascot Clark the Cub is getting a lot of bad press online – and for good reason. The damn thing is a disaster. On Monday, Deadspin put together a Photoshop contest about the new mascot that resulted in some very non-worksafe images being created by their readers. During Tuesday night's Sports Talk show on CSN Mid-Atlantic, the network used one of the pictures from Deadspin's contest as opposed to a more family-friendly image.

Obviously shaken, CSN cut to a video of Pierre the Pelican (after nearly ten seconds of the X-rated bear cub on the screen), and looped it for 14 seconds as the anchor described him as "a deranged, blood-thirsty clown that feeds on children". Nice to see mascots are causing so much chaos in the world today.
