Yankees fans all over America shed some tears when Derek Jeter singled home the winning run in his last home game of his career. They cried at Yankee Stadium, they cried at sports bars, they cried at home. They even cried at work. Wait, what?

That’s right. We have audio evidence of a Yankee fan crying over the Jeter walkoff. Shaun Morash (a.k.a. Mraz) is a producer for the Damon Amendolara Show (The D.A. Show) on CBS Sports Radio and also blogs for the network.

Just hours after the Jeter hit, Amendolara allowed Mraz to go on the air to talk about his idol and the producer cried only to get mocked by D.A. and his audience.

So the moral of the story is don’t cry on the national airwaves.
