CBS announcer describes Oklahoma State strategy as “Hack-a-Polack”

Andrew Catalon is one of the top young broadcasters in the industry who is calling his first NCAA Tournament, but this is a poor choice of words he would desperately like to have back.  In the closing minutes of Oklahoma State-Gonzaga, the Cowboys fouled Przemek Karnowski, who is from Poland.  Catalon described it as “Hack-a-Polack” and later apologized on the air.  Yikes.
