ESPN college football analyst Mark May sure loves to spout off opinions on Twitter. Last week he drew widespread attention for a pair of tweets going after Ohio State and Arizona State. Before that he called former colleague Doug Gottlieb a "JACKWAGON" and may have inspired ESPN's latest social media memo.  He even threw a barb at Bill Simmons as well.

When you dig through Mark May's tweets, you realize why ESPN has to send panicked, crochety social media memos.  Mark May's Twitter account is like a bad parody account, except it's real and it's spectacular.  He checks every box that would keep ESPN up at night considering he has a platform to say anything at anytime.

For some strange reason, May is not a fan of Danica Patrick…

May's Twitter is filled with a hilarious and ridiculous amount of unedited typos…

ALL CAPS TWEETS!!!

The one thing you have to know about Joe Flacco is he started his career at Pitt!  How'd that work out for Pitt though?

His bizarre vendetta against Ohio State, even comparing Buckeye fans to zombies from The Walking Dead

Random headscratchers…

May also likes to make predictions, and it's incredible how consistently off the mark he is. It's one thing to be completely wrong and own up to it, it's another thing to consistently be wrong, and stick your head in the sand…

Boise State finished 12-1 in 2010, beating tenth-ranked Virginia Tech in week one. Their one loss was to Nevada by three points in overtime in a game where Broncos kicker Kyle Brotzman missed a pair of field goals. Boise State wouldn't have played in the national title game since Oregon, Auburn, and TCU all finished unbeaten, but the Broncos likely would have gotten another seat at the BCS table.

I think this one is self-explanatory.

McCoy was picked by the Browns in the third round. In 24 career games, he has thrown for 21 touchdowns, 20 interceptions, and was traded to the 49ers this offseason, who have a franchise QB of their own in Colin Kaepernick. The Browns thought so highly of McCoy that they took Brandon Weeden, who is older than McCoy, in the first round last year.

Skip Holtz's record in three years at USF: 8-5, 5-7, 3-9. He was fired after the end of the 2012 season, and hired by Louisiana Tech.

Sanchez was benched for Greg McElroy at points last season. In his four seasons with the Jets, Sanchez has 68 touchdowns and 69 interceptions.

In three seasons in the league, Mays has 70 total tackles in 42 games.

LSU beat Oregon 40-27 and led by as many as 20 points in the fourth quarter en route to a 13-1 season and the SEC championship with Jarrett Lee as the team's primary quartebrack.

Florida finished 3-5 in the SEC and third in the East in 2011, ending up in the Gator Bowl where they beat Ohio State.

Notre Dame 56, Navy 14. The Midshipmen ran for just 196 yards, their second lowest total of the season.

This was the infamous 9-6 LSU win in OT. The teams didn't combine for one touchdown, let alone two.

Derek Dooley and the Vols went 5-7 in 2012, and he was fired. Sunseri joined the Florida State staff after the season.

Cincinnati 34, Pittsburgh 10.

While a lot of people did pick Georgetown in their brackets, I don't think many of them flaunted it like May did. Georgetown was embarrassed by 15 seed Florida Gulf Coast, 78-68.

Making predictions is a tough business but no analyst actively does it any worse than Mark May.  His Twitter account is a way better parody account than that Not Bill Walton guy, though.  For more comedy, follow Mark May on Twitter!
