After a thrilling Game 7 of the NBA Finals, all eyes turned to ESPN for postgame coverage during a live episode of SportsCenter for analysis of the Miami Heat's victory over the San Antonio Spurs.  With such a huge audience for Game 7, this has to be one of the most watched SportsCenter episodes of the year.  That's why it was perfect timing for ESPN's flagship program to drift off into the Twilight Zone with several bizarre technical errors and awkward moments…

First, right after the Game 7 highlight, anchor John Buccigross tried to throw it to a clip of Doris Burke's podium interview with LeBron James.  The sound failed and Bucci and Jay Harris had literally no idea what to do next…

Once the show got to Miami and the ESPN NBA Countdown set, a possibly inebriated Miami Heat fan appeared behind Bill Simmons screaming like a madman and was brought to the ground by security…

THEN later on in the show as Bill Simmons was talking about LeBron James and The Decision, the signal cut out from Miami and went back to Bristol and Jay Harris with NBA analyst Kurt Rambis.  Perfect timing to launch another Simmons related ESPN conspiracy.  Perhaps Stephen A. Smith pulled the plug

An epic Game 7 and an epic night in Bristol, CT.  It was only a matter of time before those layoffs came into play…
