Rick Carlisle impersonates Gregg Popovich in sideline interview

Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle decided to have some fun with his mandatory in-game interview before the start of the 4th Quarter Wednesday night.  He answered both questions from ESPN's Chris Broussard with a single word – "yes."  Carlisle has a sneaky sense of humor and made clear he was paying homage to Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich and his infamous in-game interviews that are short on expansive use of the dictionary.

Will this start a trend of NBA coaches clowning sideline reporters and purposely screwing up their interviews with their own Gregg Popovich impressions?  If Doc Rivers ever limits himself to one word answers, then we'll know there's no stopping Pop-a-mania.
