The following video may be my favorite thing ESPN has done this year, ok, maybe the past decade.  The network brought pairs of current major leaguers together to re-enact one of the great comedy sketches in human history – Abbott and Costello's Who's On First?  The occasion for ESPN's video is the 75th Anniversary of  Who's On First and the montage includes Adam Jones, David Price, Ryan Howard, and others.  The Red Sox duo (who I believe is Ryan Dempster and Jarrod Saltalamacchia) are the best duo at channeling the spirit of Abbot and Costello, although I'm pleasantly surprised at the reading skills of everyone involved…

The comedic highlight in my lifetime was a reading of Who's On First with my brother for our 4th grade class.  After that I moved into the realm of slapstick and it was all downhill from there.  And in case you've never seen the original before, take a few minutes and watch it now.  I promise you'll laugh more than every episode of Two And A Half Men combined.

Now if we can only get Peyton Manning to do a reading of Andy Griffith's "What It Was, Was Football" then my life will be complete.
