We love hockey fights. Who doesn't? However, we obviously don't love them as much as insane Boston Bruins announcer Jack Edwards, who apparently has quite a bit of extra craziness saved up from all those months off during the lockout.

We don't have video evidence, but based on the commentary, we assume Jack Edwards might have been standing and shadowboxing in the booth when Boston's Milan Lucic landed a mighty blow on Matt Carkner of the New York Islanders. While Lucic's shot with his right hand impressively buckled Carkner, it's not as if this fight was the "down goes Frazier" moment Edwards depicted. Maybe Jacko should consider saving some of that enthusiasm for when Lucic gets into a bigger scrap worthy of all the shouting from the NESN booth. Nah, we hope Jack Edwards never changes.
