Alex Rodriguez sent out his first tweet on May 31. 

Somehow, almost a month has passed without us realizing his presence on the site. His handle is appropriately AROD, but that can only lead to the people who hate him modifiying it to AROID or AFRAUD or something along those lines.

So far he has only tweeted eight times and follows no one. His follower base is a paltry 20K (King James has 8.7MM to give you a reference). 

His tweets thus far are about as uninteresting as possible. Once he gets the hang of it and starts following people, we will look forward to the day when he accidentially publically tweets an inappropriate DM meant for one of his lady friends. Let's set the over/under at six months.

Till then, we have to be content with people on Twitter trolling Alex Rodriguez. People like Jose Canseco.
