Vikings QB Christian Ponder has become quite the target of social media snark with his play on the field this season. He's not reached Brandon Weeden territory, but it's at least in the same neighborhood. Perhaps part of that is Ponder's high-profile significant other, ESPN's college football reporter Samantha Ponder.
Sam Ponder has shown a deft touch in dealing with trolls and critics on social media and there is more than a fair share out there when it comes to both Ponders. Last night she turned to the very popular parody account @FauxJohnMadden after the person behind the account had a joke at the expense of Christian Ponder getting hurt in the 4th Quarter of last night's game.
