There are no ties in the NFL! No, wait, there are ties? Yes! There are in fact ties in the NFL! Who knew! Well, evidently, not Fox's graphics department after the 49ers-Rams game. After the 49ers and Rams finished with a 24-24 tie, it was indeed the end of the first overtime… and the end of the game. You see, because, it's the only overtime period. It's amazing that there is still confusion over tied games in the NFL after all these years. Donovan McNabb you are not alone!
