At least Mike Tirico is an honest man. The ESPN Monday Night Football play by play man was reading a promo for next week’s Panthers-Eagles game during last night’s 49ers-Bears clunker and didn’t try to sugarcoat the awful matchup. Let’s face it, it’s been a rough year in terms of quality games for Monday Night Football and 2-8 Carolina vs 3-7 Philadelphia may be the roughest of them all. At least it will give us another news cycle trying to feign excitement about the Nick Foles Era, debate Andy Reid’s job, and discuss Cam Newton’s sophomore slump. YEEEAAA!!!!
Mike Tirico is so not looking forward to Panthers-Eagles next week
